With Simpl Care the ones you love get the care they deserve
Taking care of individuals with disabilities shouldn’t feel like a full time job. Our tools give you control over who your caregivers are and when care is scheduled. Plus, as your new care provider we’ll handle all of the administration of billing and payroll, so you can worry less and get time back for yourself.
We help make it easy to sign up and get started with Simpl Care.
Our team will guide you through initial onboarding, show you how to invite caregivers you already work with, and help input important caregiving information into your profile - all you have to do is connect us with your coordinator or case manager.
Getting started
Sign up on your mobile device. Start by finding our app in the Google Play or Apple App Store
Download it, create an account, add a dependent, and provide us with your case manager’s information so we can have Simpl Care added to the plan of care as a new approved Care Agency. We make sure all of the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed before you can start connecting and scheduling caregivers.
Connecting with caregivers
Reach out to your friends and family and ask them to sign up on the Simpl Care app
Once your caregivers have an account, our team will help guide you through connecting your account with their accounts. By connecting, you’ll be able to send shift requests and they’ll be able to check and confirm their schedule, all within the app.
Simplifying your day-to-day
A care provider who also thinks care should be personal
Leave the tracking, budgeting, filing, payroll, and billing to us. All you have to do is add caregivers to your team of care in the app, then create and assign them shifts. We take care of the rest.
