As a care provider, we believe in giving you control of your schedule and the ability to complete all reporting responsibilities, from EVV to all relevant shift documentation, all in one app.
We make it easy to sign up and get started with Simpl Care
Start by downloading the Simpl Care app and sign up as a Caregiver so we can connect your account with the proper services. Once you have an account, one of our team members will make sure it’s active and ready to join a team of care, so you can start seeing requests.

Sign up on your mobile device. Start by finding our app in the Google Play or Apple App Store
Download the Simpl Care app and sign up as a Caregiver. You will be assigned some initial onboarding tasks including payroll setup and Simpl Care trainings. Additional training could include but is not limited to CPR/First Aid, Medication Assistance, and Positive Behavior Supports. Join a team of care to learn what additional onboarding tasks apply.

Working as a Simpl Care Caregiver gives you control over who you work with
Our team will teach you how to share your profile with a guardian so they can invite you to join their team of care. Once you have joined a team of care, additional onboarding tasks will be assigned to you depending on the waiver you will provide care on, the service you will provide, and the needs of the individual.

As a caregiver, you have full control over how and when you work
Once you have completed all of your onboarding requirements, Guardians can start requesting shifts on your calendar. You get to accept or decline. For those you accept, our app will prompt you to clock a shift, complete the relevant shift documentation, and automatically have pay added to your next deposit.
Working with Simpl Care has been extremely easy and flexible. It's nice that billing is managed, and pay is timely. I love the ability to tailor my schedule and choose which participants to serve. Getting qualified to be a caregiver at Simpl Care was a very streamlined process.
