Getting started is easy
All you have to do is work with your Coordinator or Case Manager to authorize Simpl Care as a provider on your care plan. Our team will guide you through every step of our intake process.

Click 'Get Started' and have your coordinator and caregiver contact info ready. The form only takes 5–10 minutes.
Add Simpl Care to your care plan
Work with your coordinator or case manager to add Simpl Care as an authorized provider on you or your loved ones plan of care.
Create your care schedule
Download the Simpl Care app and schedule upcoming shifts and assign them to your newly hired support staff.
